Glen Chip Grier, DVM

Glen Chip Grier was born the fourth son of a Jersey dairy farmer in St. Joseph, Missouri. His childhood was surrounded with a multitude of animals and learning to respect and properly care for those animals. He decided veterinary medicine would be a good career path that still involved his passion for animals.

Dr. Grier graduated from the University of Missouri College of Agriculture and was accepted to the University of Missouri Veterinary College. In 1987, he received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, Summa Cum Laude. He was then accepted to a 14 month internship at Angell Memorial Animal Hospital in Boston. This brought him to New England where he decided to stay.

Dr. Grier worked as a small animal veterinarian at a large multi-doctor practice in Massachusetts for 9 years prior to purchasing the Jaffrey-Rindge Veterinary Clinic in 1997. His commitment to practicing high quality medicine and honoring that important bond between people and their pets has remained constant.

Some of his interests outside of the practice include visiting National Parks with his wife Tracy and gardening.

Chelsea D

I began working in the veterinary industry because I love animals. Every pet has their own uniqueness and way about them. I love getting to interact with them. Growing up I always knew I wanted to do something to do with animals.

I have three dogs and one cat. My dogs names are Kovu (Australian Shepherd, 3 years old), Zuki (Chihuahua Mix, 2 years old), and Possum (Smooth Coated Border Collie, 1 years old). My cats name is Bobbie (Bobtail, 4 years old). I also own chickens and reptiles. My dogs go almost everywhere with me they love to be involved in whatever I am doing whether we are going for a hike or just a car ride to run errands. I am happiest when I am with my pets they are my passion.
